Tickets

Tickets are non-refundable.

The management reserves the right to refuse admission.

It is your responsibility to check your tickets. Mistakes or errors cannot always be rectified.

We have a minimum age limit of 12 years of age. All minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times and must leave the venue after the show and before the after party.

A maximum of one carer accompanying a guest with a disability will be permitted access without charge. Carers must produce a valid photographic carers’ ID in order to obtain admission.

Tickets are sold subject to the venue and/or Producer’s right to alter the performance schedule or cast should circumstances beyond our control make this unavoidable, without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.

Any tickets won in competitions or promotions cannot be put up for re-sale or exchanged for another day, performance or production. Tickets if found to break this rule will be cancelled immediately.

Disabled Access

Our venue has step-free access as well as disabled toilets. If you require step-free access and/or accessible toilets, please contact us to ensure your booking is catered for.

Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel performances. Should a show/performance be cancelled, we will reschedule your booking for an alternate date.

In the event of a change or cancellation to the performance schedule, ticket holders will be notified via the contact details left by the purchaser with the venue.

If you wish to amend your booking, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

Please note tickets for special events such as Valentine's Day or New Year's Eve are final and cannot be exchanged.
Food Service

Dinner is served throughout the show with the service starting from 20:00.

Patrons not checked by 21:00 are considered as ‘no-shows’ (for the purpose of catering) and we are not able to guarantee that you will receive the meal, we advise anyone who is going to be late to inform us so we can do our best to accommodate you.

Menu choices/other dietary requirements must be confirmed at least 48 hours before the requested show/booking date. If the information has not be received, the venue will assume a choice on your behalf but accept no responsibility of its suitability to your requirements.

Customers may not bring in their own food and/or drink to the venue to consume on the premises. Persons caught consuming their own food and/or drink on the premises will be asked to leave without any right to a refund.
General

Stop and Search Policy – Trained Security Personnel (SIA Approved) at the Venue may exercise the right to conduct random searches of bags or belongings being brought into the venue. Refusal of such a search request may result in the venue refusing access without the right to a refund. Items may be left at reception, but we cannot be held responsible for any items left with our staff.

The venue reserves the right for themselves or third parties to carry out general filming and recording in and around the venue.

Special Effects: If you are concerned about inclusion of any special effects during a performance, please ask at the time of booking, although the inclusion of these may not be notified to the venue until the actual performance dates. Strobe lighting and haze machines are used in the production of our shows.

Our management reserve the right to close earlier than the advertised 3am.

A 12.5% service charge will be added to your bill at the end of the night for all pre-orders and items purchased at the venue.

Dress Code - We encourage our guests to dress up for the occasion but at a minimum we would say smart casual with strictly no sportswear or shorts.

Drinks Packages
1. Package Inclusions: The drinks package includes a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as specified in the package details provided to the guest.
2. Fair Usage Policy: The drinks package is subject to a fair usage policy to ensure all guests have an enjoyable experience. Fair usage is defined as reasonable consumption that does not exceed the typical consumption patterns for a similar duration.
3. Exclusions: The drinks package does not include premium or ultra-premium beverages, hot drinks, bottled non-beer options, freshly squeezed juices, or any other items not explicitly mentioned in the package details.
4. Duration: The drinks package is valid for the duration of the guest's stay or for the specified period as indicated in the booking confirmation.
5. Non-Transferable: The drinks package is non-transferable and is only valid for the guest(s) named on the booking confirmation.
6. Service Charge: A 12.5% service charge will be applied to all beverages consumed, including those included in the drinks package. This service charge is not included in the package price and will be added to the final bill.
7. Responsibility: Guests are responsible for ensuring responsible consumption of alcohol. The establishment reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or is behaving irresponsibly.
8. Modification and Cancellation: Any modifications or cancellations to the drinks package must be made in accordance with the establishment's policies and may be subject to additional fees.
9. Additional Charges: Any additional charges incurred beyond the scope of the drinks package, including but not limited to specialty orders or damages, will be the responsibility of the guest and must be settled on the evening.
10. Age Restrictions: Guests must be of legal drinking age in the jurisdiction where the establishment is located to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages included in the package.
11. Discretionary Changes: The establishment reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions of the drinks package at its discretion, with or without prior notice.
12. Compliance: By purchasing and/or consuming beverages included in the drinks package, guests agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
13. Drinks are only served by the glass and not bottle, and need to be purchased by the whole group attending.

Bottomless Prosecco Hour
The following terms and conditions apply to the Bottomless Prosecco Hour at The London Cabaret Club and are in line with UK licensing laws. By participating in this offer, you agree to the following:
1. Availability

The Bottomless Prosecco Hour is available exclusively on Thursday show dates from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

This offer is only valid for guests who have a valid ticket for the corresponding show date.
2. Service and Responsible Drinking
-
The term “bottomless” refers to free-flowing prosecco within the allotted time but does not mean unlimited consumption.
-
Each guest is entitled to one glass at a time; refills will be provided only when the previous glass is finished.
-
We operate a responsible drinking policy and reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or is acting inappropriately.
-
Guests must drink responsibly and in accordance with UK licensing laws.
-
Sharing of bottomless prosecco with other guests who have not purchased this offer is strictly prohibited.
3. Eligibility

This offer is strictly for guests aged 18 and over. ID checks may be carried out, and failure to provide valid identification may result in refusal of service.

The offer is non-transferable and cannot be shared between multiple guests.
4. Duration and Last Orders
-
Bottomless prosecco is available strictly between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Any drinks ordered outside of these times will be charged at the standard menu price.

The last top-up will be served at 6:55 PM to ensure compliance with the cut-off time.
5. Conduct and House Policy
-
The London Cabaret Club has a zero-tolerance policy towards disorderly behaviour. Any guest deemed to be disruptive may be asked to leave without refund.

Guests are responsible for their own well-being and must adhere to any instructions given by staff regarding responsible drinking.
6. General Terms
-
This offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

The London Cabaret Club reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time in line with UK licensing laws.

Management’s decision is final in all matters relating to this offer.

Terms and Conditions for London Cabaret Club Social Media Competition
1. Eligibility

Employees of the London Cabaret Club, their family members, or anyone else connected in any way with the competition shall not be permitted to enter.
2. How to Enter
-
To enter, participants must:

Visit the London Cabaret Club.

Post about their experience on TikTok, Facebook, or Instagram.
-
Tag the London Cabaret Club in their post.
-

Each tagged post counts as one entry. Multiple entries are allowed.
3. Competition Period
-
The competition will run monthly from the 19th of the month to the 18th of the following month.
-
A new winner will be selected for each competition period.
4. Selection of Winner
-
A winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on the day of the draw, which will occur shortly after the 18th of each month.
-
The winner will be announced on the London Cabaret Club’s official social media channels.
5. Prize
-
The prize consists of a £200 bar tab, redeemable only at the London Cabaret Club.
-
To claim the prize, the winner must purchase at least two entry tickets on the day they redeem the bar tab.
-
The bar tab is valid for use on the same day as the ticket purchase and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
6. Claiming the Prize
-
The winner will be contacted via the social media platform they used to enter the competition.

The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize, otherwise, a new winner may be selected.
7. General Conditions

The London Cabaret Club reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.

Any changes to the competition will be notified to participants as soon as possible.
8. Privacy

By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material.

Any personal data relating to the winner or any other participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation.
9. Limitation of Liability

The London Cabaret Club is not responsible for any inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
10. Governing Law

This competition and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
