What is the actual timings for the show?

We are aiming to open our main doors at 18.00, you are more than welcome to enjoy a drink or two at our wonderful Terrace just opposite our entrance before hand.

Once inside the venue, you'll be welcomed at our desk, where our wonderful staff will introduce you the night proceedings and show you to the Rose Bar.

Here, you'll be able to order pre-show drinks or your choice of wines from our well stocked cellar. At around 18.30 our pre-show entertainment will start, with a taster of things to come!

At around 19.30, the Ballroom doors will finally open and our lovely cast of singers and dancers will ask your to follow them to your allocated table. The dining experience will start straight after that and Gold and VIP tickets holders will enjoy their starters. For Silver tickets holders, this is their chance to order additional drinks or food for the evening.

The main course and desserts will be served between acts. You can of course order more drinks to your allocated waiter at the table.

There are three acts of 20/25 minutes each with some celebrations near the end of the evening.

Once the Cabaret show finishes, the venue trasforms itself into an incredible spectacle of laser lights and music to finish the evening in style. Our incredible DJs will play disco and house till the early hours and our Rose Bar will be open till late.

 

How do I pre-order drinks?

Save 10% on drinks prices by pre-ordering. An email will be sent to you with our full drinks menu, drinks packages (which are already discounted), and celebration add-ons for special occasions. If you would like to place an order, please give us a call on 020 7242 0002 to make a purchase and add to your booking.

Please check your junk mail if you cannot find this email, otherwise give us a call and we'll help you straight away!

 

How do I choose my menu options?

There are two different menus with vegetarian and vegan options. The Menus for each show are available under the Show Info page.

Make sure to inform us of your menu selections at least 48 hours before the show. 

Can't find the menu? An email will have been sent to you with our menus attached, please email over your meal choices, and check your junk mail if you cannot find it.

Silver show only tickets do not need to submit this.

 

Can you cater for allergies?

Of course we can, as long as we are informed well in advance, specifically if the allergy is important.

If any party is intolerant/allergic to certain ingredients it is the customer's responsibility to inform us.  Please ensure we are informed of any allergies at least one week (seven days) before attending. Every effort is taken to keep ingredients separate; however please be aware that our food is made in an open kitchen and items may contain traces of other products.

 
What is the dress code?

We actively encourage our guests to dress up to the nines!

For example, smart evening wear such as a cocktail dress, blouse, trousers, or collars and jackets for men would be greatly appreciated.

(strictly no sportswear, shorts, running trainers or fancy dress that does not align with the theme).

 
Do the Silver tickets include food?

The silver tickets are for the Cabaret show only and do not include food or drinks.

You are more than welcome to either upgrade your ticket to Gold and therefore enjoy our delicious three course menu or ask at the venue if you would to order additional drinks and food from our snack menu. Our staff will make sure you'll be look after.

 
Do I need a Covid passport or negative test to enter the venue?

From the 26th of January an NHS COVID Passport is no longer required to enter the venue. For more information on COVID safety click here. 

 
Do I get to see the show wherever I'm seated?

Yes! We are one of the only 360 Visual Shows in London with a center stage that is visible to everyone in the room. VIP are usually seated in raised areas for a better view, however everyone else will be able to gaze towards our amazing cast without any problem.

Allocations are based on first come first served and can change on the night. We'll of course try to accomodate guests if they are not happy with their seats, however this is not guarantee especially on busy nights.

 

What are you terms and conditions?

Filming and photography may take place during the show. These images could be used for internal and external promotion. If you have any enquiries or hesitations please make yourself known to one of The London Cabaret Club's team members.

Tickets and deposits are non-refundable.

The show is subject to cancellation. For cancellation policy please refer to our Terms & Conditions here.

Please note that pre-orders must be paid for no later than 24 hours before the show.

If we do not receive your menu choices prior to 48 hours before your show booking, we will have to allocate you our standard menu.

Our management reserve the right to close earlier than the advertised 3am.
